Ordering from us is simple, quick and safe. We have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with a product for any reason then we will gladly refund your money. This guarantee requires

You notify us by phone within 30 days of the date of your purchase
You return the product at your cost with the original packaging and in good condition for resale
You select another item of equal cost or if higher pay the difference OR
You choose a money refund which will be credited to you according to your original payment method. Postage is not refunded.

Your ordering options are as follows:

1. Online Secure Shopping Cart

You can order directly from this website by selecting the items you wish to purchase and adding them to the shopping cart. Your personal details are completed at the secure check out where you pay by credit card. Visa, and Mastercard are accepted. Paypal is also accepted. Sorry we do not take American Express.

2. Over the phone.

Give us a call on +61 03 62253483. You will need to provide your contact details, the items you wish to purchase and your credit card details. Payment can also be arranged by direct deposit. Cheques and money orders are acceptable but must be cleared by the bank first before items are despatched.

3. By email.

Please email us at kidsmusictoys@gmail.com and clearly list the items you wish to purchase and your phone number. We will contact you by phone to confirm your order and payment method.

4. LAY BY - NEW!

We have just introduced the option of lay by. Lay by must be requested by email or phone. Some basic rules to keep the process simple:

Minimum order of $50
Minimum deposit of 10% by credit card, paypal or bank deposit
Maximum of 12 weeks to complete full payment
Your choice of the number of payments and the amounts
Strictly no refunds
Order will be posted immediatley once final payment has been made or returned to stock if full payment not received at the end of the 12 weeks

5. Age recommenations & Suitability for Babies & Young Children

Each manufacturer has their own recommendations re age suitability. All parents should be aware that some products may be unsuitable for children under 3. We have listed age recommendations where the manufacturer has provided these. Please exercise all due care and diligence when providing small children with any toys that contain small parts. It is your responsibility to check any labelling before giving to children. Supervision is always advised. Musical instruments are not made to withstand misuse of any kind, including thrashing, bashing, beating or thumping!

Delivery:

We Post Your Order On The Same Day We Receive It (if by 2.30pm)

All orders will be despatched through Australia Post REGULAR parcel delivery. For most destinations within Australia delivery takes 2-3 working days but it can be 4 - 5 working days for some areas and it is possible that 5-7 woking days will be needed for remote destinations. Cost is $9.95 per order, not per item.

Express Post is also available for next day delivery. If your order is urgent then we suggest you select this option. Our shopping cart includes a list of express postage and handling charges dependent on the size of your order. Please select the correct express postage charge from the list. Some items are expensive to send express. If in doubt please give us a call for a quote. If you make an error with the postage selection we will adjust. If you have a large order over $300 pease give us a call for a postage quote. If you are ordering from outside Australia please select that option from the list and we will contact you and quote you a delivery charge. All parcels will be sent via Australia Post Regular mail unless the Express option is selected.
